Joining our company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.Job purpose: As Miu Miu Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure correct handling of goods in store, comply with KPIs, guidelines and procedures for product care, and work to achieve individual and team targets, delivering strong service for both in-store and ecommerce channels. Start date from October. This is a fixed-term contract for three months.Key Responsibilities

Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelinesDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing and efficiencyPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines and timelinesPrepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levelsHandle flow of damaged/not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, etc.), and products under repairOrganize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systemsOrganize display objects systemParticipate in correct management of Uniforms flowParticipate in correct management of Gifts flowProtect and package products for in-store and transfers, including ecommerce shipmentsEnsure company guidelines are followed in case of theft, including communication and documentationSupport prompt investigation in the event of system issuesManage product flow and related documentation in the IT systemParticipate in physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessories, respecting timingSupport warehouse activities related to sales and ensure security and cleanlinessSupport Stock Manager in optimizing spaces in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations ManagerSupport Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as neededMaintain relationships with suppliers and keep archives updated monthlyComply with KPIs, guidelines and procedures from the Store Operations Manager, Store Manager or HeadquartersKnowledge And Skills
