Stock Controller

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a busy logistics operation based in Banbury, OX16. TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or stock experience who is looking for a long term position with the opportunity to develop additional MHE skills. The role will involve a mixture of stock control, administration and working within the warehouse to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Shift Pattern and pay: 4 on 4 off 06:00 to 18:00 Pay Rate 13.44 to 13.74 per hour What Will You Be Doing? Checking physical stock against the warehouse system Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies Processing stock queries and system transactions Producing and updating stock reports Investigating missing, incoming and outstanding pallets Completing empty location checks Processing returns and stock related documentation Carrying out physical stock checks within the warehouse Maintaining accurate stock records and transactions Recording and escalating stock issues where required Supporting other departments with stock related queries Completing general stock administration and paperwork MHE Training and Development You do not need to already hold all MHE licences for this position. Successful candidates will be trained and upskilled on PPT, followed by the opportunity to progress onto Reach Truck and VNA training.
