STOCK CONDITION SURVEYOR - NOW HIRINGBerry Recruitment are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join a Housing Asset Management team.This is a varied role involving property inspections, asset management, planned maintenance and technical problem-solving, working closely with tenants, contractors and other property professionals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out Stock Condition, HHSRS and Energy Performance surveys Assess building condition, defects and future maintenance requirements Identify and recommend appropriate maintenance and investment priorities Support planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance programmes Assist with New Build, Acquisition, refurbishment and improvement projects Investigate and resolve complex property, technical and asset management issues Work closely with tenants and property professionals to find practical solutions Provide technical advice and recommendations on building-related matters Help ensure projects meet quality, financial, time and legislative requirements Monitor and contribute to maintenance programmes and asset management strategies Ensure properties have the required Energy Performance Certificates before re-letting Make informed decisions and recommendations supporting the effective management of housing assetsWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR:Construction-related qualification and relevant experience Strong knowledge of building construction, defects and maintenance Knowledge of HHSRS and relevant construction legislation ..... full job details .....
