Steelwork Project ManagerOur client is a growing structural steelwork and architectural metalwork contractor delivering projects across London. We are looking for an experienced Steelwork Project Manager to oversee projects from design through to installation and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with extensive steelwork industry knowledge and cut and carve experience who is looking to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex structural steel projects and become part of a growing business. Key requirements:Proven structural steelwork project management experienceMinimum 5 years'' experience in a management roleExperience managing fabrication, delivery and installationProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Strong subcontractor and client management skillsCommercial awareness and programme management experienceKnowledge of refurbishment, structural alterations or cut-and-carve projects preferredDesirable Qualifications:SMSTS and steelwork industry experience desirableNVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalentRelevant industry qualifications and professional membershipsWhat''s on offer:Hybrid working (1 day office, rest of days on site)Pension scheme25 days holiday + bank holidaysLong-term career progression within a growing business ..... full job details .....
