Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor delivering high-profile CAT A and CAT B commercial office projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong fit-out background to join a busy contractor and oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Monitoring programme performance and reporting on project progress
• Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and project documentation
• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong working relationships
• Driving quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out
• Strong CAT A and CAT B project experience
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
• Available to start at short notice
