The Role As Lettings Manager, you ll take ownership of your branch s performance, combining commercial focus with exceptional customer service. You ll: Deliver outstanding lettings expertise and an exceptional customer experience. Manage profitability and drive business development. Generate new leads and identify opportunities to grow the business. Lead, motivate and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings. Successfully list properties and advise landlords on achieving the best possible rental prices. Stay ahead of local market trends and develop your expertise. Work collaboratively with your team to match the right properties with the right tenants. About You You ll be a confident, commercially minded lettings professional with: A full UK driving licence.
