Lettings Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering an outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day lettings operation, including:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Marketing properties and generating new instructions
• Conducting valuations and securing new business
• Managing viewings, offers and negotiations
• Overseeing tenancy progression and renewals
• Ensuring properties and tenancies meet relevant legal requirements
• Supporting and developing the lettings team
• Achieving individual and company targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in residential lettings
• Confident, organised and commercially minded
• An excellent communicator and negotiator
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Knowledgeable about current lettings legislation and best practice
• A team player with the ability to take ownership and lead by example
