Spray Painter - Day Shift Growing Manufacturer of bespoke products for high end customers Manpower is recruiting a Spray Painter to join our clients production team, playing a key role in the finished product of bespoke designs across wood and metal. The company are growing steadily and have ambitious plans over the next few years providing job security. You''ll be working on day shift which is x3 shifts per week, 2 weeks of Monday - Wednesday and 2 weeks Thursday - Saturday, with a shorter day on Saturdays The RolePreparing parts and assemblies for paintingMixing paints and other materials to the correct specificationsOperating spray guns and applying paint to meet required standardsUsing heat or oven techniques for drying and special finishesInspecting and separating non-conforming parts, reporting issues as requiredCleaning and maintaining spray equipment, tools, and the work areaHandling materials and carrying out minor maintenance dutiesFollowing company processes, quality standards, and health and safety requirementsSupporting overtime and weekend work when required What We''re Looking ForExperience with spray painting in a manufacturing or workshop environmentAbility to follow technical specifications and work with precisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsWillingness to learn, ..... full job details .....
