Spray Painter - Day Shift

Manpower is recruiting a Spray Painter to join our clients production team, playing a key role in the finished product of bespoke designs across wood and metal.

You''ll be working on day shift which is x3 shifts per week, 2 weeks of Monday - Wednesday and 2 weeks Thursday - Saturday, with a shorter day on Saturdays
The Role
- Preparing parts and assemblies for painting
- Mixing paints and other materials to the correct specifications
- Operating spray guns and applying paint to meet required standards
- Using heat or oven techniques for drying and special finishes
- Inspecting and separating non-conforming parts, reporting issues as required
- Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment, tools, and the work area
- Handling materials and carrying out minor maintenance duties
- Following company processes, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
- Supporting overtime and weekend work when required
What We''re Looking For
- Experience with spray painting in a manufacturing or workshop environment
- Ability to follow technical specifications and work with precision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to learn, develop skills, and support the wider team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
