Focus on early identification and meeting need as quickly as possible. Collaborative approach with families, school staff and external professionals. Established systems and processes already in place. Speech and Language Therapy Role 2 days per week, term time. Opportunity to support a varied mainstream caseload. Mix of assessments, direct therapy, reviews and staff liaison. Contribute to EHCP provision and annual reviews where required. Work closely with teaching staff to embed communication strategies within the classroom. Opportunity to advise on whole-school communication-friendly practice. Support Available Supportive and knowledgeable SEND team. Positive attitude towards Speech and Language Therapy. Therapy is already well embedded within the school''s SEND provision.
