Speech and Language Therapist (Band 6 and Band 7) Specialist Further Education Settings Kingston, Sutton and Hillingdon September Start Reed Further Education is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist college for three Speech and Language Therapist opportunities across London and Surrey. We are interested in speaking with candidates seeking either permanent or locum positions, with start dates available from September 2026. These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), supporting communication, independence and preparation for adulthood. The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work within a multidisciplinary team supporting learners with a range of needs, including: Autism Moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities Multiple learning disabilities Complex communication needs Eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties You will deliver person-centred Speech and Language Therapy interventions at both a universal and individual level, helping students develop communication skills, independence and opportunities for successful transition into adulthood.
