You will be empathetic and inquisitive, and will harness these qualities to form a deep understanding of your customers; enabling you to craft highly personalised, immersive trips into the America''s.Candidate Requirements

Deep passion for America’s and extensive knowledge obtained from personal travels to the continentExperience working in tailormade travel, specialising in either North or South AmericaYou value positive-impact, responsible, sustainable travelGood listener and empathetic communicatorOpen-minded and keen to learnThrives solving problems and maintains calm under pressureMotivated and drivenExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe role

Guest communication via video call, email and telephone; cultivating relationships and achieving a deep understanding and rapport with the clientCuration of bespoke travel itineraries which aim to immerse the client in the destination while following responsible travel practicesCompetently close sales and manage pipeline, working effectively with the CRM and company systems and best practicesDeal with any operational situations in collaboration with wider team and external partners at the destinationsAssist the marketing team with the production of editorial contentBuild long-lasting, caring relationships with suppliers on the ground at the destinationsSource exciting new travel productTravel even more in the America’s and then return and educate your colleagues on the destinations you visited!Salary and Working Hours

Basic Salary : £35,000 - £38,000 plus bonusWorking Hours : Monday – Friday. 9am-6pm. 3 days in the office, 2 from home. London.Benefits
