Specialist Teacher for Children and Young People with a Multi-Sensory Impairment (QTMSI) Location: Oldham Hours: 32.5 hours per week Contract: Term Time Only + 5 days Salary: DOE Start Date: TBC About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Specialist Teacher for Children and Young People with a Multi-Sensory Impairment (QTMSI) to join our clients team in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher to provide specialist teaching, advice and support to children and young people (CYP) with multi-sensory impairments, working closely with schools, families and a range of professionals. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that children and young people with sensory impairments receive appropriate support, enabling them to access learning, achieve their potential and develop their independence. You will work as part of the Sensory and Physical Support Service, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality specialist provision for children and young people with sensory impairments across the borough. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist advice, guidance and direct teaching to children and young people with multi-sensory impairments. Assess and identify individual needs and develop appropriate strategies and interventions to support learning and development.
