Senior Consultant - Credit (DACH and London)

Opportunisti Credit/Special SituationsWe are currently working with a Global investment firm that is seeking an Associate Director with 4-7 years of experience to join there London office, while investing across Europe.You would be reporting directly into the head of the strategy, you will be responsible directly in origination and underwriting of deal and have the capability of to create customised portfolios for investor needs.Responsibilities

Conduct fundamental credit analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and capital structure review.Originate and assess new investment opportunities across Europe.Engage with management teams, build industry relationships, and develop well-informed investment theses.Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, including covenant tracking and participation in restructuring/value-enhancement efforts.Qualifications / Profile

Experience in sub-investment grade credit, ideally with exposure to alternative credit, special situations, or distressed investing.Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently on complex deal processes.Seniority level
