:Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue and Hot Stones Massage,Facials,Hammam Rituals, including Body Scrubs and Masks,Manicures and Pedicures,WaxingIn-house training provided if necessary.We are looking for a professional Therapist which meets the below requirements:A recognized Beauty Therapist qualification of NVQ Levels 2 and 3 or equivalent.Positive attitude and communication skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer serviceFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on your own or as part of a team.Main Responsibilities:Carry out opening and closing procedures for the Spa and maintaining spa cleanlinessCarry out treatments at a 5* standardManage reservations for treatments and being e-mail and Microsoft literate.Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.General ResponsibilitiesTo be fully aware, competent in and follow at all timesHotel fire procedures, security and health and safety proceduresCustomer service standardsTraining will be provided by the Hotel.And what do you get in return?-Competitive salary-28 days holiday including bank holidays-Meals provided when on duty-Staff rates for friends and family across all the company hotels (subject to availability)-Workplace pensionJoin us in this historic hotel and become part of The Bentley Hotel.In line with the requirements of The Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
