We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hands-on Spa Manager ready to lead a dedicated team at this stunning luxury property Highlands, Scotland.

Set in the idyllic Scottish Highlands, this tranquil hotel and spa offers guests the ultimate relaxation along with a 5* service. The spa consists of a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the spa operation on all levels and elevating the guest experience to the highest of standards
  • Managing and motivating the spa team
  • Ensure a smooth daily operation including bookings, scheduling and guest experience
  • Hands on with delivering spa treatments
  • Manage financial targets and KPIs as well as upselling treatments/add ons
  • Work closely with the GM and the hotel team to ensure the ultimate guest experience

What we were looking for:

  • Ideally a qualified Spa Manager with strong practical skills (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa environment
  • Friendly and approachable with an exceptional guest focus
  • Passionate about wellness and beauty, with strong product knowledge
  • A proactive and organised leader, capable of motivating a team and achieving targets
