We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hands-on Spa Manager ready to lead a dedicated team at this stunning luxury property Highlands, Scotland.Set in the idyllic Scottish Highlands, this tranquil hotel and spa offers guests the ultimate relaxation along with a 5 service. The spa consists of a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms.What you will be doing: Leading the spa operation on all levels and elevating the guest experience to the highest of standardsManaging and motivating the spa teamEnsure a smooth daily operation including bookings, scheduling and guest experienceHands on with delivering spa treatmentsManage financial targets and KPIs as well as upselling treatments/add onsWork closely with the GM and the hotel team to ensure the ultimate guest experience What we were looking for: Ideally a qualified Spa Manager with strong practical skills (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa environmentFriendly and approachable with an exceptional guest focusPassionate about wellness and beauty, with strong product knowledgeA proactive and organised leader, capable of motivating a team and achieving targets Benefits include live in accommodation and 10% commissionInterested and have the skills, knowledge and passion we re looking for?
