The RoleOur client is looking to recruit a Sous Chef within their Talented Team Responsibilities:As Sous Chef you should Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring all dishes are executed to perfection and according to established recipes and standards Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Responsible for maintaining the daily completion and accuracy of HACCP records to ensure compliance with food safety legislation and company standards. Support the Head Chef with stock control procedures, minimising waste and ensure smooth operation of the department.
