Location and ScheduleBased at one of the pubs in West London. 48 hours per week, mixture of shifts, with some days and some evenings; paid overtime for any additional shifts.
Responsibilities
Cook at large volumes with a focus on British produce and seasonal ingredients
Work with produce from their own farm and cook simple but quality-driven food
Support a regenerative farming-centric menu and produce-led cooking
Qualifications
Sous Chef of all levels with experience cooking at large volumes
Passionate about British produce and seasonal cooking
Keen to learn more about regenerative farming
