Sous Chef Requirements:

A hands£on, reliable Sous Chef with strong experience in fresh food kitchens Confident leading sections, supporting junior chefs, and maintaining standards during busy service
Knowledge of HACCP, Food Alert, and kitchen compliance
Experienced with stock takes, ordering, and maintaining cost control
Keen to support ongoing menu development and bring ideas to the table
A background in reputable pubs, restaurants, or hotels, with a track record of consistency, professionalism, and high standards
