With a live kitchen, this is a great opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef to join and be part of an exciting journey!As the Sous Chef, you will be part of a team - leading from the front and working alongside the Head Chef helping to create and produce stunning dishes across all areas including the restaurant, bar and functions/events managing and inspiring your team as well as developing and supporting working with local suppliers to showcase ingredients and produce from the area taking responsibility for the kitchen and service in the absence of the Head Chef ensuring all due diligence, HandS and food safety for the kitchen operationWorking hours are 5/7, 37.5 hours per week.
