This is a full-time, permanent role offering a great opportunity for a methodical, calm, and team-oriented individual to step into a key leadership position.As a Sous Chef, you''ll be the right hand to the Head Chef and support two other chefs in delivering high-quality service, from daily operations to busy event days (with covers ranging from 85 to 300).
