Your Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operationsLead and supervise junior chefs in a busy fine dining kitchenMaintain high culinary standards, presentation, and consistencyManage stock, ordering, and food cost controlEnsure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulationsTrain and develop kitchen staff to reach their full potentialBe hands-on during service, ensuring dishes leave the pass to standard and on time

What we''re looking for:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a fine dining/rosette kitchenPassion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced foodLeadership skills with the ability to inspire and support your teamStrong organisational and stock management skillsA hands-on chef who thrives in a busy kitchen environment
