Overview
Your job role will include:Ability to take responsibility for our kitchen team in absence of the Head Chef to ensure service, safety and security expectations are all met to the highest of standardsAbility to assist the General Manager and Head Chef in identifying potential opportunities and products to maximise sales and enhance the customer experienceAbility to work with the Head Chef to deliver delicious food to a high standardLevel 3 Health and Safety Qualification with a thorough understanding on food safety, COSHH, and HandSKeeping the kitchen cleanliness to a high standard and keeping kitchen compliance up to dateFollowing close down procedure at the end of shift to ensure safety of equipment and security of produce is maintainedMaintaining safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures and complying with health and legal regulations
