Remote with travel to Birmingham or London offices.What You Will Do

Develop and shape the contract business plan for a defined area within a contract in line with the contract strategy, working closely with the BD and bid team.Develop understanding of the Client’s service requirements and the service delivery solution.Prepare for, engage in, and contribute to critical bid and solution development workshops.Lead, review and challenge to ensure a consistent, deliverable approach.Interpret data and management information to extrapolate performance; maximise efficiency and effectiveness; share best practice.Plan for efficient management of resources, employees, fleet, suppliers and subcontractors; ensure clear communication of business imperatives.Support and contribute to continuous improvement; own the operational solution and coordinate workstream contributions into a coherent, high-quality proposition aligned to customer needs.Develop innovative delivery solutions to optimise qualitative and commercial bid evaluation; support the Bid Lead throughout the bid process.Collaborate with procurement to develop supply chain strategy and confirm appropriate primary partners.Work with operational teams to align the solution design with customer needs and Amey requirements; contribute to Target Operating Models and the operating structure for delivery.Develop the cost model with the Estimator to create robust but competitive proposals; support an effective handover to mobilisation and transition teams.What You Will Bring

Ability to analyze customer requirements, including large data sets (asset data, service volumetrics, cost data, TUPE information).Proven ability to develop innovative and cost-effective operational solutions; strong teamwork and technical leadership; accountable for decisions within the contract.Customer relationship management; IT and data analysis skills; understanding and implementation of commercial contracts.Experience

Delivery of support services across various sectors and building types; experience in continuous improvements and innovations.Experience working within bid teams to develop work-winning operational solutions (desirable).Clear understanding of industry and market; ability to manage, develop and motivate teams; strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.Experience managing resources and delivering local business plans; experience with business improvement or change management projects.Benefits and Culture
