Solutions Consultant, Commerce & Content

Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a member of the Adobe Sales organization in a presales role. The Solutions Consulting team drives our direct and partner sales organization by highlighting the value of Adobe and the Adobe Experience Cloud. Acting as a trusted advisor for the customer, you will understand their business needs and translate this into specific solutions and reliable business cases that help the customer pursue and achieve their financial targets.Responsibilities
Blend a technical and digital commerce background with strong presentation skills and the ability to discuss solutions with Marketing and IT executives at all levels.Demonstrate and communicate use cases and value propositions for Adobe Commerce and related offerings.Identify customer critical business issues and provide solution approaches that address them.Engage in solution selling approaches and guidance, with awareness of SaaS implications and implementation considerations within client landscapes.Design and run customer workshops, lead discovery, and deliver findings and recommendations at an executive level.Collaborate with internal teams to extend expertise across Adobe Content Supply Chain portfolio (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Creative Cloud) as needed.Qualifications
Strong understanding of commerce technology and digital transformation, with knowledge of digital commerce fields (PIM, commerce, analytics, search, content creation) and industry verticals.Exceptional presentation, conversational, and client-facing skills as a trusted advisor.Experience in building and communicating use cases and value propositions.Familiarity with SaaS technologies and their integration into technology landscapes.Experience with solution selling approaches and capability to identify and articulate business value.Self-motivated, able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.Willingness to extend area of expertise where needed, including the Adobe Content Supply Chain portfolio.Ability to travel throughout the UK and Ireland as required.Strong verbal and writing skills in English at a business level.Requirements
Ideally prior experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or other commerce platforms.Good understanding of large corporate environments (e.g., DAX 30).Ability to design and run customer workshops and have a broad understanding of web, mobile, PIM, OMS, CMS, headless, cloud services, and related technologies.Understanding of front-end coding languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) with OpenAPI and GraphQL comprehension.Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer success; able to work with virtual internal teams to lead discovery and deliver executive-level findings and recommendations.Location
