Optimising automation system performance for the customer Providing real-time analysis and tuning of automated systems Monitoring KPIs and producing operational performance reports Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Advising on pick face and order planning Managing software issues through to resolution Coordinating third-party suppliers and support teams Supporting root cause analysis and system improvements Acting as the interface between the customer and Logistex technical teams What do we need from you?
