This role plays a key part in modernising how customers interact with in-branch services - from self-service devices like ATMs and IDMs, to improving how branch colleagues are trained and supported. The Role: As a Solution Architect, you''ll: Partner closely with the transformation team to explore, test, and implement new tech and self-service solutions across the bank''s branch network.Ensure all new innovations are aligned with existing systems and architecture across the wider bank.Support the Senior Architect by contributing technical insight and architectural documentation (MVD design).Engage with stakeholders across various forums to represent the branch technology space and help shape strategic decisions.
