You''ll manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from inception through to settlement, working within a supportive environment that values performance, development, and client care. The Opportunity Joining a busy and successful department, you''ll handle a varied caseload of pre and post-litigated Housing Disrepair claims, acting on behalf of tenants and ensuring claims are progressed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of Housing Disrepair files from instruction through to conclusion Handling matters under the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims Drafting Letters of Claim and other legal documentation Reviewing tenancy and housing records to assess liability Considering surveyors'' reports and evidence Negotiating settlements and attending mediations where required Issuing and progressing court proceedings Liaising with Counsel, experts, clients, and third parties ..... full job details .....
