Since 2010, our in-house team of engineers, planners, and project managers has delivered a full 360 service, ensuring we stay ahead in the renewable energy sector. We are now seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join our team during an exciting period of growth. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cornwall. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret property titles. Draft, negotiate, and finalise a range of legal agreements. Provide legal advice across the business. Liaise with external legal partners. Develop and manage legal templates for internal use. Offer general legal support to my client and associated businesses. What We''re Looking For A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years'' experience in property law. Ideally dual-qualified in English and Scottish Law. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. High level of IT literacy. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
