They have exciting plans for future projects and are now looking to expand their legal team to facilitate success moving forward. In this position you will be assisting with TSAs and MSAs on commercial scale, reviewing the titles and negotiating and completing various legal agreements. While creating templates and supervising the use of them by the wider team and carrying out general legal support.
