Our experienced, dynamic and close-knit Business and Commercial Property Team is looking for an exceptional, client-focused individual to join them. You will be supporting two Partners with an emphasis on expanding the Company Commercial work undertaken in the Business and Commercial Property team. You will be responsible for the Sale and Purchases of Businesses (Asset Sales and Purchases and Share Sales and Purchases), Shareholder Agreements, and Commercial agreements including terms and conditions of business and other Business contracts.You will use your excellent client-focused skills to build and maintain strong relationships, respond promptly to enquiries and complaints in a clear and engaging fashion. You will be required to achieve billing targets and have the opportunity to participate in marketing and networking activities at firm-wide, departmental or office levels. Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar field (or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills)Experience of delivering excellent customer care in a legal environmentKnowledge
