The approach is about setting the highest standards in service, offering advice that is clear, concise, forward-thinking and practical.Role Overview:They are looking for a 3PQE + Solicitor with a background in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of contentious matters and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases.Key Responsibilities:Assisting in the management and resolution of a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes.Requirements:Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (3PQE +).Experience with a varied caseload of Commercial litigation.Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Commercial awareness and ability to apply legal knowledge pragmatically.A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude.Experience in high value commercial litigation.Familiarity with arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.Exposure to cross-border disputes or international clients.Contact:
