Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards to this self-employed subcontractor Solar Electrician opportunity. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Solar Electrician to join a growing renewable energy business, carrying out Solar PV installations at domestic properties across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician with proven Solar PV installation experience who is looking for ongoing subcontract work. The successful candidate will be required to work independently, travel to customer properties and represent the company professionally at all times. The Role: Carrying out Solar PV installations at domestic properties. Completing electrical installation and associated works to a high standard. Carrying out inspection, testing and fault finding where required. Ensuring installations are completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations. Working independently at customer properties. Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and customer service. Representing the company professionally when dealing with customers. Requirements: Qualified and experienced Electrician. Proven experience in Solar PV installations. Experience working on domestic Solar PV installations. City and Guilds 2391 inspection and testing qualification. Current Competent Person Scheme (CPS) membership. Full UK driving licence. Own van and tools required.
