About the RoleWe’re looking for a confident, people-focused
Software Trainer
to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll deliver training that helps our customers get the best from our platform—whether that’s part of a brand-new implementation or helping power our customers to go even further.This is a role that blends training, consultancy, and customer advocacy. You’ll work across departments, build relationships with customers, and help them realise value at every stage of the journey.What You’ll Be DoingProject DeliveryBe the go-to for training during new implementations and projectsWork with Project Managers, Customer Experience Managers and Product Managers across the full customer lifecycleHelp shape how customers engage with and adopt our products through our popular ideas forumTraining and ImplementationDeliver training that clicks—remotely or on-site, depending on what fits. Travel is a necessity for this role across UK and IRE, and occasionally should the need arise to go overseas tooSupporting customers’ system setup, datasheet validation, and configuration for new software deploymentsManage your time and input into capacity planning alongside the team, ensuring you hit department and individual metrics whilst delivering valueCustomer AdvocacyGather meaningful customer feedback and share it with Product and Delivery teamsHelp influence future product direction by being the voice of the userBuild strong relationships that lead to real business outcomesFacilitationPull together people from across Kinetic to ensure great serviceSpot opportunities, follow up on actions, and make sure our service levels continue to go the extra mileWhat skills, knowledge and expertise do I need?
What You’ll Need to Succeed2+ years of experience as a Software Trainer (or in a similar training/delivery role)A people-first mindset and a passion for excellent customer experiencesGreat time management and attention to detail (especially around data)Confidence delivering sessions both in person and onlineStrong written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity and a love of solving problemsComfortable with tech and picking up new tools quicklyWhat other great things come with the role?
