Software Engineer (.NET / React / AI) Birmingham Hybrid Working Full time - Permanent Salary: Up to £65,000 We''re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a growing in-house development team with a strong pipeline of new software to build. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys starting with a blank canvas. You''ll be involved in taking new applications from initial idea through to working product, with plenty of scope to make decisions around how they''re designed, structured and developed. There''s also a strong focus on modern AI-assisted development. We''re looking for someone already using tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor extensively as part of their day-to-day workflow - not just for code suggestions, but to increase development capacity, solve problems faster and ultimately deliver more. The business is rebuilding and modernising core systems, moving towards a more product-led approach and creating new applications from the ground up. This is a genuine greenfield opportunity where you''ll have the chance to influence technical direction, application architecture, development standards and how new products are built.
