LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER Warwick (Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site) £70,000 - £80,000 C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework (Blazor a big plus) An established Warwick software house is growing after a run of significant client wins and is looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to head up development across a portfolio of projects. You''ll already have led projects and a small team, and you''ll bring that experience to a close-knit, highly skilled group that takes real pride in the quality of what it builds. The team is small, senior and collaborative, and you''ll work directly with the company Directors - so your ideas and technical decisions carry real weight. WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Leading development across projects, from high-level business requirements through to delivery Setting, owning and championing technical standards and best practice across the team Leading peer reviews and mentoring developers to keep quality consistently high Owning source control, build and branching standards Solving complex technical problems and resolving production issues as they arise Keeping across new technologies and recommending them where they add genuine value Communicating clearly and regularly with the company Directors WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience leading software projects ..... full job details .....
