In this pivotal role, you''ll have the opportunity to revolutionize the home security landscape by leading on cloud services and data infrastructure development that power our innovative machine learning operation pipelines, which handles petabytes of heterogeneous data and allows data scientists creating / optimizing numerous models in fast iterations.Responsibilities

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager who combines strong technical expertise with hands-on leadership experience, bringing deep knowledge in cloud services, distributed systems, and web services. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading agile development teams and can make sound technical decisions while mentoring engineers in building our world-class AI platform. You will manage a team of exceptional Software, and Computer Vision Engineers, fostering daily collaboration, removing obstacles, and ensuring technical excellence in delivery. You\''ll have the autonomy to guide your team\''s technical direction while maintaining a hands-on approach to architecture and implementation decisions. We\''re committed to developing both your leadership and technical skills, as we continuously adapt to our customers\'' needs. It\''s still Day 1!BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of engineering experience3+ years of engineering team management experience8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experienceKnowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operationsExperience partnering with product or program management teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
