Experienced Residential Development Manager needed to oversee and enhance the onsite operations at this residential development in Kew.- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and maintenance of the estate, while leading a dedicated onsite team (Concierge, Cleaners, Gardeners) to deliver a first-class service to residents. You will also recommend and coordinate property improvements as required, maintaining the development as a safe, functional, and appealing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous property management skills and technical awareness.- Other duties will include monitoring and managing expenditure, identifying any protentional risks, and fire safety management.- The Development Manager should have a strong residential property management background, excellent knowledge of Health & Safety compliance, proven man-management skills, and the ability to implement improved structure, policy, and process.- Immediate start available!
