They re seeking an experienced Social Worker who can step in with confidence and bring strong practice knowledge to the team. You ll play a vital role in ensuring children in care are safeguarded, supported, and given the best chance to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Hold a caseload of Looked After Children and manage care plans effectively. Undertake statutory visits and assessments in line with legislation and guidance. Work closely with foster carers, schools, health professionals, and other agencies. Prepare and present reports for court proceedings and review meetings. Contribute to care planning and permanency planning to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
