Salary: Up to -44,000 per annum + -3,000 car allowance

We are working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in London, rated Good by Ofsted, who are looking to welcome a Supervising Social Worker to their supportive team.

This hybrid position requires two days a week in the office, with the remainder worked from home - offering both flexibility and a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a caseload of 10-13 foster families, ensuring high standards of care and providing guidance to foster carers.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration

• Previous fostering experience

• Full driving licence
