Social Worker - Duty Team - Adult Social Care - Leicestershire County Council

Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking a Social Worker for its newly-formed Duty team in Adult Social Care.The role is likely to last up to 12 months.Paid at £34 per hour (umbrella).The role will involve the following:Undertaking a specialist duty roleTaking the duty function out of the community / case management teams and turning it into a focused roleTriage, risk assessment, threshold decisions, signposting etc.Covering the Charnwood areaWorking with older adults or adults with learning or physical disabilities or mental health conditions etc. - excellent opportunity to upskillPredominantly office-based rolePlease let me know if you are interested?
