About the RoleCambridgeshire County Council is looking for experienced Social Workers to join their fast-paced Assessment Team, supporting children, young people and families at the front door of services.This is a dynamic and rewarding frontline role, where you will undertake timely assessments and deliver high-quality interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.Working within Cambridgeshire''s Family Safeguarding model, you''ll take a strengths-based approach, building meaningful relationships with children and families and ensuring the voice of the child is central to all assessments and decision-making.The work is fast-paced and varied, requiring confident decision-making within statutory timescales, while collaborating closely with multi-agency partners.
