We have an opening for a permanent Social Community Manager to join our growing team operating with some of the best and most exciting brands at the heart of sport + entertainment.

Are you someone who doesn''t just follow trends - you help spot them and help create them? Someone who understands that the best social content is the unexpected, the quick idea that makes people feel something, entertains, gets talked about and connects.

Hybrid– 3 days a week in our Covent Garden office.

What we’re looking forAs Social Community Manager you''ll be creating: bold, culture-defining content that has impact and scale, social campaigns for the biggest names in sport and entertainment, content strategies powered by our proprietary TRIBES data tool that maps fan cultures in real-time, work that works—unexpected, shareable, and genuinely entertaining, campaigns that live at the epicenter of sport and youth culture.

You’ll have a deep passion for and understanding of sport fandoms + the latest sponsors; the brands that are breaking new ground on social, cutting through and collaborating; the trend makers, collaborators and creators; the players, the coaches and the emerging stars; the issues at the heart of the beautiful game, the latest news from the field of play and the potential for new opportunities in the future of sport.

Have deep social experience of brand work on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Are a natural self-starter who spots opportunities and has the drive to make it happen.

Lives and breathes culture—you know what''s happening before it hits the mainstream.

Thrive in fast-paced environments where agility beats approval chains.

Have a point of view for how sport intersects with music, fashion, gaming, and youth identity in London.

Can nurture and build authentic communities that shape culture rather than just respond to it.

React and create in minutes, not days - and have the ambition to follow your convictions.

Have the analytical ability to connect all that back to a strategy and show compelling figures and reports.

What we need from you

Build, grow, and manage our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Engage daily with our audience—responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a way that’s genuine, positive, and aligned with our brand’s energy.

Develop and execute creative engagement initiatives (challenges, contests, live QandAs, collaborations) that strengthen community bonds.

Identify and amplify conversations around culture, lifestyle and sport that matter to our audience.

Collaborate creative teams to bring fresh, community-driven content ideas to life.

Partner with athletes, influencers, and ambassadors to spark authentic connections and storytelling.

Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to help shape campaigns and brand strategy.

Keep a pulse on cultural trends, sport moments, and lifestyle shifts to ensure our brand stays relevant and inspiring.

Track and analyze community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for growth.

Moderate discussions to ensure community guidelines are followed and maintain a positive brand reputation.

What you’ll bring to the table

Experience in social media community management, within music, entertainment, gaming, lifestyle and youth culture brands.

Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager.

A natural communicator with excellent writing skills and a conversational, engaging tone.

Passion for sports, music, fashion, gaming, entertainment and youth culture - living the values you’ll represent online.

Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and online community behaviors.

A creative thinker who thrives on storytelling, memes, and moments that spark engagement.

An initiator and self-starter – highly organised, proactive, and able to balance day-to-day community management with big-picture growth.

Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights).
