We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Specification Manager to develop and grow relationships across the M25 and London region, with a particular focus on the Social Housing sector.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused specification professional who understands how to navigate the social housing market and can demonstrate a successful track record of selling an affiliated product, building product or technology solution into housing associations, local authorities and other social housing stakeholders. The Opportunity Reporting into the National Specification Manager you will take responsibility for developing specification opportunities and increasing the adoption of the company''s products across the London and M25 region. You will work closely with housing associations, local authorities, contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities, influence specifications and develop long-term commercial relationships. The role will suit someone who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and technical level, able to understand customer requirements and translate these into commercially successful solutions.
