Senior Project Manager - Social Housing Planned and Decarbonisation WorksSheffield based (with travel)Up to 70K plus package We are working with a leading Social Housing and Regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Senior Project Manager to deliver social housing retrofit refurbishment schemes across Sheffield, Scarborough and Liverpool. Works include window and door replacements, external and internal wall insulation (EWI/IWI), loft insulation, ventilation, and heating upgrades to tenanted housing association properties.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Project Manager with a proactive attitude-or a Project Manager ready to step up. You''ll be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Managers and multi-disciplined tradespeople.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of capital improvement programmes.Identify project discrepancies and take corrective action, reporting back to senior management.Conduct site visits to survey properties and complete condition reports in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the successful delivery of projects.Carry out site inspections, liaise with operatives, tenants, contractors, and statutory bodies to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.Prepare and manage Construction Phase Safety Plans to ensure safe delivery. ..... full job details .....
