Snapshot of Role, Responsibilities & Skills for the : Smart Build Consultant
- SMART/Digital Building Consultancy experience
- BMS understanding
- Attend and present SMART services in sales meetings with potential clients at remote sites
- Initiate SMART projects by understanding the scope and confirming feasibility
- PRINCE2 (Bonus but not Required)
- IT/AV Technical Knowledge
- Excellent Organisation & Time Management/ Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Financial Understanding to monitor and control budgets
- 2xyears minimum experience within a similar role
