Engage with clients to define smart building objectives, project scope, and success criteria.Develop detailed technical specifications and smart building design briefs.Produce and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs), conduct bid evaluations, and support vendor selection.Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, including IT, MEP, AV, and FM stakeholders.Oversee system integration, vendor performance, and site deployment activities.Support commissioning, validation, and handover of smart building systems.Carry out technical reviews, risk assessments, and effective issue resolution.Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and relevant industry standards.Deliver project close-out documentation, including as-built drawings, OandM manuals, and training materials.Promote smart building capabilities and represent the organisation in the market.Research and evaluate new technologies while maintaining knowledge of evolving industry trends.Apply best practices in cybersecurity and information security.Take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, budget, and programme.Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and commitment to quality.Uphold a strong health and safety culture in line with company policies.Details
