We specialise in supporting children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour to live safely and independently in their own homes.Our focus is on continuity of care and long-term relationships, not "agency-style" temporary placements - we provide the best care by supporting and developing the best staff. The role:We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and skilled Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing team.You will provide care tailored to the individual needs of the people we support, including:Assisting with daily living tasksSupporting individuals in the communityManaging behaviours that challengeProviding waking night and live-in support where requiredWho we''re looking for: Experienced support workers or care assistants Confident working with children, young people with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism Knowledge of or training in challenging behaviour support / PBS / autism awareness is desirable Flexibility to work varied hours including waking nights and/or live-in care Excellent communication skills and commitment to person-centred care Right to ..... full job details .....
