Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £62,401
Shift: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

The Opportunity

A well-established food manufacturing site is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production running, reducing downtime, and improving reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production equipment
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Reduce downtime and improve machine performance
• Support continuous improvement projects

What You Need

• 2 years’ maintenance experience
• Multi-skilled (electrical or mechanical bias)
• Background in manufacturing or FMCG
• NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
